Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my website..........
People often ask me whether I was born a Medium and the answer is Yes. As a child I had the gift of seeing and hearing things others couldn't - this frightened me so I subconsciously blocked it out. However throughout my life I always felt I had a "friend" - a native American Indian lady and a wolf - who always seemed to guide me through difficult times. I grew up and followed various careers but nothing seemed to be "me" and I was continually looking for fulfilment in my work. I married my wife Bernice when I was 24 and had my first child, my beautiful daughter Samantha a year later. Four years later God blessed us with our precious son Jason. I was very content with my life and established a successful landscape gardening company, which we ran for many years. Throughout this period I took up my passion for martial arts and body building and won many awards. Unfortunately this all came to an end when I had a series of unexplained leg injuries which never fully healed. This in turn was the demise of my successful company. Life, suddenly, became very difficult. My wife had always had an interest in going to see medium demonstrations but had never had any messages. One evening I was dragged along to see a well known Medium who delivered a strange message to me. He told me I would be doing the same work as him within a few years. I laughed and told my wife that it was a load of rubbish. Within a week I was to receive the shock of my life.
I woke up on Sunday morning to find I was being spoken to by a man from the Spirit World who introduced himself as Dr. Hoffman. Strangely enough I was not unduly surprised by this although my family were. My wife was concerned that I may be having a nervous breakdown until I told her many facts about her mother who had passed over when she was 10 years old. That night I, with my family to support me, visited a local Spiritualist Church. I told my family about people I could see (spiritually) in the church and was amazed when the platform medium confirmed this. After this I spent a few years within the Spiritualist Church developing and understanding my gift.
Throughout these years I tried to keep my gift as a "hobby", but found every business venture I attempted seemed to be destined to fail, pushing me in the same direction all the time. I was asked to give private readings and started to attend Mind, Body and Soul events where I made a lot of friends who encouraged me to establish myself as a professional medium. I hesitated at first doubting my abilities but, through the constant support of family, friends and, most importantly of all, my Spirit Guides I finally took that leap of faith and have never looked back. I have now found that fulfillment that I searched for .
MY "SUPPORT" TEAM (a.k.a. My Family)
These are the people who support me in all aspects of my work - for which I am extremely grateful - without them and their help none of this would be possible....
BERNICE (My wife) Bernice arranges all my venues. She does all the paperwork, leaflet printing, tickets etc. Without her I'd never get anywhere. Contrary to belief Bernice does not have any psychic or spiritual awareness and is constantly asked if she has - because she lives with me ????
SAMANTHA HUTCHINSON (My daughter) Samantha designed my website, which Bernice now runs since Samantha has sadly left home. Samantha seems to be following in my footsteps and appears to be developing her own gifts of healing. Samantha is now in her last year at at Nottingham Trent University studying for her degree in Psycholgy. She is planning a year out to save some money to return to University to study for her Doctorate in Psychology. At the moment Sam is undecided which path she will take from that but seems to lean towards criminal psychology, so time will tell. She has brains though and certainly intends to use them. I am extremely proud of Samantha.
JASON HUTCHINSON (My son) Jason is growing up fast now and becoming even more sensitive to the Spirit World and clearly sees spirits at alot of venues, but only time will tell how his gift develops. He always assists me on any vigils, private work etc as he can see if any spirits are trying to take over etc. Jason, I believe, will be a very good medium in time when he is ready to completely open up and work with Spirit. Jason is now in 6th form studying for his A Levels in Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Psychology and then wants to go on to University. Jason wants to be a Forensic Scientist or a Forensic Biologist and I believe he will get where he wants to be as he is very motivated (apart from the usual 18 year old's "attitude" (sometimes!!) ..........
HAYLEY WHILLIER
Hayley joined our familyin August 2008 and is my daughter, Samantha's partner. She is a lovely girl and we are happy to have her with us. She and Sam make a lovely couple - both as mad as each other - but so obviously devoted to each other. She is a very talented young artist and, upon seeing the quality of her work, I have asked her to do some spiritual pictures which she will put up on the website under "Hayley's Art" for sale. Please do have a look as I feel she will only continue to flourish within the art world and her original artworks will only grow in popularity in years to come and ,henceforth, become more collectable.
As you can realise and all who know me knows I am extremely proud of both of my children - they mean everything to me.
Our Dogs : Most people know we are very much a doggy family and all have our own dogs.
MISTY - is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - now our oldest dog at 6 years old- she is Samantha's dog and is a sweetheart - definately the most affectionate of all dogs and wouldn't hurt a fly. She is very hyper though and if let out accidently she would just run and run and nothing can stop her. For this reason our house is fully protected with dog gates so she has no chance of running off. Last time she ran Jason had to race after her and watch her as she dodged the traffic on the A610 - a very busy road - he got her eventually but thought he was going to have a heart attack with the trauma of it all!!!!! We do have a large garden for her to race about in but she's not particularly interested in that. When Sam and Hayley moved out to get a place of their own, Misty went with them and loves being the centre of attention and is now only a visitor to our home .............
TRIXIE - as you probably all know by now is Jason's dog. Scrunch our previous pug was bought for Jason but very sadly she died at 4 (see below). It was heartbreaking and it hurt Jason the most so after 8 months we got him a new one which was carefully picked out by him and they are absolutely devoted to each other. Although she was a little minx she is now 4 years old and settled down a lot and is a beautiful little dog and no trouble at all.
BAM BAM - is a British Bulldog. Whilst in America we went to a puppy shop and Patrick feill in love with a puppy bulldog (he has always wanted one though) and said there and then we were getting one on our return home even though we had said DEFINATELY no more dogs !!!!! We obviously got her upon our return and she really is the most adoreable of dogs - so affectionate but scared of everything .!!!!!!!!!!! She is stubborn and will only do what she wants to do.. Although she is now 2 and a half she is still scared of everything.
ROCKY - our newest member of the family - bought for Bernice to ease the grieving process after losing Penny. He is our only male dog and is a black pug. We got him on Saturday, 6th June 2009 and he was only 6 and a half weeks old. He was so tiny and we all adore him. Bam immediately took over the role of "Mum" and now he is 8 months old still protects him and fusses over him. He has become a little "monster" and is really naughty but we're hoping he will grow up in time. He adores Bernice and is never far away from her and sits on her knee or on her desk when she is working at the omputerr.
In Memorium:
PENNY - was our first dog but sadly had to be put to sleep on Wednesday 6th May 2009 following a dreadful struggle for 48hours where all her organs failed - she was unable to stand and unable to respond or recognise any of us. Bernice sat up with Penny in her arms for two nights hoping she would simply pass away like that so it was a heartbreaking decision for her to make but totally necessay. Penny was 14 years old and we'd had her since she was 5weeks old so we miss her dreadfully - but know she had a good long life..........
SCRUNCH - was our first pug and was bought for Jason, when he was10 because he was mad about them. They were so devoted to each other until one morning 4 years later we awoke to fnd Scrunch had died in her sleep. To say we were all devastated would be an understatement but poor Jason suffered so much in his loss and the total shock of losing such a young dog so suddenly. We decided, as soon as we thought it suitable we would get him another pug - not that it would, or has, replaced Scunch in his heart. 8 months later we went and collected Trixie much to Jason's joy and once again he has his devoted friend. This time though he has Trixie sleeping in his room as he feels he can keep her safer that way......
Here you can see how close Penny and Scunch were - now together once again......
